01The beach
A narrow strip of sand framed by rocky headlands and greenery, facing the open sea towards the southern islands of Lan Ha Bay. Even on summer weekends there is usually space, though large resorts on the hillside above the coves have made the area busier than it once was.
02Getting there
Walk over the headland from town and continue past Cat Co 1, or ride directly by road. A path along the cliffs between Cat Co 1 and Cat Co 2 has existed for years; its condition and opening have varied, so ask locally before relying on it.
